Matt Barron Biography
Durham born Matt Barron is a full Welsh international, helping his country secure the European RL Cup in 2009. The all action back rower was a vital cog in Gateshead Thunder’s 2008 Championship One triumph and was their vice-captain during a more difficult campaign last season. Previously with Keighley Cougars, his ball playing skills are sure to be a feature of the 2011 York City Knights.
